The PTFE Vessel TV series is a high-pressure decomposition reaction container with a PTFE inner lining, suitable for zeolite synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, research and development of nanomaterials and functional materials, and subcritical water applications. The container has a heat resistance limit of 260°C and can be used for tests up to 7.83 MPa. It is available in four standard capacities: 25ml, 50ml, 75ml, and 100ml. Reactions within the PTFE inner vessel can accommodate a wide range of fluids, from acids to alkaline solutions. The vessel material can also be made from PEEK or corrosion-resistant alloys, and components other than the inner container are compatible. Its lightweight and compact design make it easy to handle. The corrosion-resistant alloy vessel ZV series is a high-pressure decomposition reaction container suitable for use in zeolite synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, research and development of nanomaterials and functional materials, and subcritical water applications. It can be used for tests at a design temperature of 300°C and up to 8.59 MPa. The standard capacities are available in four types: 25ml, 50ml, 75ml, and 100ml. Reactions within the corrosion-resistant alloy inner vessel allow for the use of a wide range of fluids from acidic to alkaline solutions with optimal material selection. The vessel material can be made from PEEK or PTFE, and most parts other than the inner container are nearly interchangeable.
